I havent seen it but my guess would be an error in the monster placement routine (something like that sometimes happens in sp...)
Or a player with so much lag that it gets out of the combat for that room (happened to me twice i thing...)
Hope someone really knows about it and can help you

The thing is that it repeated itself every 1-2 sec and when i saw it the server was empty... couldnt see the history since the server errors doesnt get saved in a log (at least i havent found any logg)

I have seen that error twice now on my Server, but no one was connected at the time as far as I can tell. Would also appreciate any input as to cause and solution..

I've seen that one. It tends to pop up most often after a game crash; Demise isn't real stable on my internet machine (server runs on my game machine), and if it dies with my char in the dungeon, this error seems to become likely. It isn't 100% of the time, so it's probably related to either being in the wrong place at the wrong time in the server code (something like, the server's trying to generate the monsters in the room it somehow thinks your character's supposed to be in), or possibly the server not quite cleaning up the remnants of the disconnect. It is more frequent when I've had the server running and been playing on it for several days.

Lappen -
Had this error last week ... exactly the same! As far as I could tell it happened when someone disconnected while in the dungeon - while in the middle of a fight??? Maybe the two incidents are related? Also no-one could fight subsequently ... monsters just ignored them. Had to shut down and restart.

Aye
thats not an uncommon error on my server seems unrelated to server discoes the usual complaint is "monsters not fighting anymore",(maybe moving to quickly through the dungeon??, the ultra fast "f" key user?, <a guess only> ) a server restart clears the prob and once or twice it has cleared itself after letting the server run for hours (not a consistent occurance) as a test. not much help i know, you just need to catch it as soon as posible and restart. i have check memory usage and i couldnt find any connection twixt the two, but i didnt really delve that deeply into the prob since i restart on a regular basis.
