I have finally got my serevr to work, as I found a thing in the windows files that tells you what the IP of your pc is, then I found out that the IP changes all the time, every time I log out, and back in, it is a different IP.
Is there any way to get the server to track these changes, and automatically update the IP? or will I have to continue changing it manually in the server config menu?

Most dial up connections do this and the only thing you can do is keep changeing it sorry.

One thing you can look into is getting an account with a dynamic DNS provider. That way, you just use a small client to update the ip the DNS entry points to every time you log on. Then, you just have people use your DNS entry, rather than your IP. There are even free providers for this service.
