Library- No Monster list

I have had a couple people complain that they get an error message that the monster list can't be found or there is nothing in the monster list. I go to the library and i can see it just fine. Anyone heard of this or know how to fix it ?

Sounds like your library file has gotten so big that a little lag and it times out befor it can all down load.

But Dogg, shouldn't that mean that those of us on DSL should be able to download the library file before it times out?

The Library bug has been a MP Problem since before the last patch. I think we narrowed it down to an increasing SIZE problem (been awhile since I have dealt with Demise).
Anyway 99.9% of the time you will be unable to access the Library on any server other than locally.

Will not they fix this? I hate it when I never can look at the item or monster list and I think it's an important part of the game. Being a programmer I think it must be a very easy bug to fix too. Since I started to play MP I've always missed this list. l8r

It should be a simple fix. just have the computer requesting the data to wait for all the data. I am on cable and it seems like the program times out within a second of requesting the data. That is just not enough time to send all that data.
