I asked the same question on the developer's board, but it seems I'll get a faster answer here. Can you shed some insights into this ? A couple of weeks ago I sent Rick an e-mail requesting which files I needed to download in order to reinstall the game on my computer ? Since then I installed Win2K (no problem as the game was developed on this system) DirectX8 and the most current drivers for my TNT2 video card. I installed the game last evening. Installed the CD, then the April patch. No problems! I installed the two downloads Rick had told me to: Patch353Installer and DLL.exe. RESULT: Both the welcome and loading screens are a dull gray (pixels not loading) so the game is unplayable with these downloads. I can still reinstall the CD and the first patch but at the moment there is nothing I can do about the latest patch. Worst come to worst and no solution is found can I reload my saved game (version 353) into the April patch ? Thks, Guran. Sence then the 353 installer patch has been pulled all I can suggest is try over again and use the 353 with out installer patch(with the .dll file) after deleating the old install

Sorry Dogg, but it didn't work. Seems that it is the DLL.exe currently available that is problem. I guess that until a NEW patch that address this particular problem I will be forced to stay with version 319 of April 2000. I wish that David Allen reads this message, but going on with the last 6 MONTHS I am wishing for the impossible.
