Patch problems

I installed the necessary patches and now when I run Demise I get to the Main Menu and then select "Play Game" or whatever it says. It starts to load the dungeon data and when it gets to 97% it starts going crazy and then locks up forcing me to Ctrl+Alt+Del to get out of the program. Any suggestions?

Never mind, re-installed Demise and the patches and it seems to work fine now.
